What is a Vote Voucher?
Vote Vouchers are used in-game to access a special Lunar Adena only shop. You can get special items and perks that cannot be earned any other way. You can also donate for a Membership pass which allows you to use the shop without having to deal with Vote Vouchers. You can see the donation list here: Donations
